The ‘Our Stories’ project was born of a desire to preserve and share the oral history of the Windrush Generation from Moss Side and Hulme in Greater Manchester. We brought elders and younger members of the community together to learn skills such as interviewing and writing for performance, using the stories from the elder counterparts as a backdrop.
